When I went to the store to pay, he explained the snow blower, how to take care of it and how to run it. He agreed to deliver it to my home free of charge. When he delivered, he again explained how to operate it and then made sure I was comfortable with operating it before he left."

"The owners, Dallas and Seth, are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything from plumbing and electrical to small engine and lawn care. This is how hardware stores used to be and probably the last like this left in the area. They'll get to know your name and are always more than happy to help with whatever you need and they've got everything close at hand so you don't have to walk a quarter mile just to get a small part. They also carry lawn mowers and snow blowers and actually know how they work. Locally owned small businesses are dissappearing fast but there's a reason these guys are still kickin-they're good people that know what they're talking about."
