"Its the 2nd time my dog had surgery. First time for his ear and this time the vet removed a mass under eyelid. And both times.The staff was awesome, professional. Very caring and nice.The vet called me to tell me how surgery went. Explained everything took her time. No rush to answer my questions. They called the next day to check up how he was doing. I highly recommend Dunes Animal hospital. For what ever your pet needs. Its worth the drive for me. Ive been to other Clinics. And not the same. At DAH. They treat your pet as their own. Loving ,caring environment.I know my dog is in good hands. Well taken care of."

"Was expecting a high cost at the beginning of summer when my cat was in need of veterinary care, especially since it's generally standard that costs in the Dunes tend to be higher. To my surprise, it was actually quite reasonable. For the particular issue my cat had it was barely over 100$. Staff were incredibly friendly, the vets were swift and professional, and my cat is doing fantastic. I'd certainly recommend this place. I will mention however, this is not the type of facility where payments are allowed...it's in full up front. I hope they will one day consider allowing clients to do down payment and regular payments in the future however. My big concern is that 99% of the issues pet owners face are not ones they can predict or anticipate. It worries me that some pets may be in need of immediate attention and the owners not knowing it would arise won't have the finances to get assistance. It would be tragic for animals to suffer and potentially pass away because the place won't allow payments. Still ...it's a great place with competent staff; just be sure to set aside emergency funds in the event of a pet emergency."
