"First time I came here. The hrs o the sign said BK was open. Sunday 1 or 2. No one to be seen and the doors were locked. Came again...We'd morning..It's Open. Ordered a ham & cheese croissant. Got a bacon & egg croissant. They are not on their Game."
"I have been coming to this location (#3939 50th and Center) for over 30 years. Recently this location was struggling with staff and service. (The facility could use a major facelift) But, I am so glad to see that there is all new staff! Customer service and quality has significantly improved! Even the frozen coke machine is working! Mireya works the drive thru window almost everytime I come through. She is always so friendly and courteous and my order is always correct. Good job to her and her crew!"
"Doesn't matter what time I go, or what day of the week, the dining room is always locked. Lights are on, I can see people inside, but when I knock they completely ignore me, won't even look in my direction. Sign on the door says dining room should be open right now. I've pulled in here about a half dozen times now expecting to be able to sit down and have a burger but it's always a waste of my time. It's no wonder everyone I know trash talks Burger King anymore."
"Great place to go if you like food poisoning. I ordered two chicken sandwiches that both had brown, slimy lettuce. The chicken nuggets were so dry and hard that I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fried two days ago. Also, the person at the window nodded off while getting me change. Overall, it was one of the more positive experiences I’ve had at Burger King."
