"Usually have loved my experiences there but they seem to be rushing appointments and getting very sloppy with their work the last few trips. Went for a scheduled appointment today and was rushed through faster than customers getting dip who were already seated. They went so fast taking the dip off the drill burnt my nail beds several times. My nails turned out uneven, the cuticles look terrible and the nail shape and length is very inconsistent. Will be looking for other places that do consistent quality work."
"Don’t get the Shellac Day one after my manicure, two nails fell off. Day two, one more, I email them with photos, no response. Day four I went in to get the three nails fixed which they happily do but a few hours later and a different nail is now peeling off. I’ve never had a problem with a manicure lasting at least 7 to 10 days so I cannot recommend getting a shellac manicure, but my friend got a full set and she is happy with it. Very nice place, I’m just disappointed with how mine turned out."
