"Two Finches Spa is a great spot to stop in for a professional and relaxing massage, pedicure, or haircut. Located inside a stylish hotel, the lower floor where the spa is located has been very nicely finished and decorated. Spa services were excellent, and mannerisms of the employees were professional. Perhaps a little more expensive than most massage & spas, but it was also a more pampered experience than most. Plan ahead of time if looking to book an experience around popular times of the year - especially if looking for a couples massage - as most Spa & massage parlors fill up quickly. Highly recommended."

"This is my favorite spa in town! I will not go to any others. Staff is friendly and amenities are great! I personally love Keanan. I will not let another person touch my hair or brows. I've gone back multiple times just to see him, but all staff were great to me! I recently went on a hair journey and donated 13 inches to Wigs for Kids. Keanan got me to where I want to be and helped so much through my journey. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"Massage was wonderful! No complaints there. Breana was great! I also got a mani pedi and very disappointed with my results. Does not seem like they have a nail tech at the moment so had someone do them who wasn’t a trained professional. Which I did not find out about till half way through the service. The guy was very nice but think that if you are going to offer these services then you need to ensure you have someone who knows how to properly do it. I got my nails done less than 24 hours ago and the gel polish is already lifting and the polish was not applied evenly. Very upset because it is not cheap. After being charged incorrectly and having to sit and wait. It was not a relaxing experience. And very upset. Will be calling for a refund because this is ridiculous. Coming back to edit my review. Later in the day and the rest of nails have lifted and are peeling."

"We were comped a 60 couple massage so we decided to upgrade to 90 minutes each. Briana was awesome and really worked on some tender spots especially with my mommy aches and being pregnant . My boyfriend had his first massage (ever) with Tara. His consultation could have been a little more thorough since he's never done massage. I informed the spa ahead of time of his specific needs and problematic issues bc of health issues he struggles with so he said it was OK but he wouldn't do it again. Bartering was excellent! Done by Randy. His experience definitely shows. Though when we went to pay I had been misquoted on price twice(as I had only made phone appointments). I got a shoulder shrug and basically some how I had to pay even the price was not what I was told. It would be BEST to confirm prices with clients BEFORE services are rendered to avoid such major miscommunication."

"I have definitely just found the best spa in Sioux City! From the minute we walked in, Spa Manager Lynn took great care of us. She thoroughly explained the spa menu and answered all of our questions; she really knows her stuff! All of the staff were friendly and inviting, from nail technician, to estheticians, to barbers, to massage therapists. The space is beautiful and well worth the drive downtown. Before leaving, we already booked our next service and I can’t wait!"
