"Horrible customer service. Allows you to purchase games online for store pickup that the store does not have. Nick claimed to be a store manager and then told me he would contact the manager with my issues. I told him I thought he said he was the manager, then he replied with “we are all managers here”. Disgusting customer service. Thieves. Horrible place to buy anything for your games."

"I asked for Pokémon cards as my little brother likes to collect them. The employee asked me if I was a scalper. I told him I wasn’t and we were just collecting. He then told me it was the same thing, implying that it was just as worse?? That was really uncalled for… I don’t even know why he had to ask that and then move forward with that comment."
