"I called to get tires for my bike, off the bat it seemed like the guy was just trying to get me off the phone, even hanging up on me. I’ve been prepared to get tires for a while and they didn’t have a matching set which is understandable but I don’t understand why i was told it would be 10-15 business days or longer for them to see a set. For a business that specializes in the bike I own i would think there would be more options. I couldn’t even set up an appointment to get it atleast looked over."
"This place was nothing but a hassle from the get go . Everything that could go wrong with this bike did . I had them check the breaks and they said they were good . I got it home and this is what the break pads looked like . Is their techs blind. They sold us a bike that the cluster was out . The coolant reservoir had a crack in it and was leaking . And they belt fell off and then they said they fixed the belt problem and it fell off again . I will never use this place again nor refer anyone to them . Bad reviews travel faster then good ones . Do better Metro ."
