As a totally blind customer, I’ve found Courtney and Beth are always willing to assist me in finding what I need, and even in these times of social distancing, neither has ever declined to do sighted guide with me. Very friendly, comfortable, helpful, and reasonably priced. BTW, during the changes due to COVID19, I’ve been advised they’re open until 8:00 PM, not midnight as Google Maps states."
"My roommate picked up a carton of smokes for me today. He bought Marlboro silver shorts, I smoke the 100s. I called n asked if I could exchange them, she said no. Store policy. Told me to see the manager on Monday. I don't know about everyone else but I don't buy cigarettes 3 days before I want them, n who would wait three days just to be told no anyway. I will never shop there again. I spent on average 100 dollars week there. I'm pissed. Oh, and you have to give them at least one star they don't deserve if you want to post your complaint. Wow"
