"When me and my friends went in a girl with pink dyed hair gave us a really dirty look and when we asked her a question her and another girl with strawberry blonde hair answered very rudely and gave us a lot of attitude"
"Store looks absolutely horrible. Clothes everywhere and nothing is organized. Staff was not helpful except for Ethan. Ethan helped me shop and gave me his full attention. The manager Jacob was just walking around with a clipboard not acknowledging any customers. Overall very dissatisfied with my visit today. The store looked absolutely amazing a few months ago… really went downhill."
"Nice deals on undies and the clearance rack is filles with decent $3-$5 items. Don't expect great customer service though because the staff is nothing but apathetic teenagers. Last time I went in one of the employees didn't excise herself when she essentially pushed me out of her way to put clothes back on the rack I was looking through. Then I had to wait for her to finish chatting with some other kid who worked there before she rang up the unmentionables I was purchasing."
"The store itself is very clean and put together but like is the trend really like chopped up clothes. I must be too old (only 24 though) to shop here. Everything was crop tops or like holey shirts. Also bleach stained looking clothes...... Not my cup of tea anymore. The Chicago bulls clothes were nice though. Also their sprays are nice."
"Went in with teenage daughter & stood in line to check out behind someone with 7-10 items being rang up & us with one (1) item for OVER 10 minutes while the manager & 3-4 other employees stood less than 3 feet away going through stock talking & having fun. I'm glad they enjoy one another & have a good time at work, but I doubt I would ever go back & spend my money there. The cashier most likely newer shouldn't be alone when there is more than a single person in line. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!"
