"Got a suit coat from mw in Coralville for a wedding unfortunately I only wore it once and found out the shoulder were to wife. Out of convenience we went to the MW on the north east side of cedar rapids to return no pockets had been opened and the tag were with it and the original receipt was with the item in question. Walked in and asked to return it the only man there said I can't allow a return. I informed him to the return policy and he started the return. Right as I was about to insert my card a famboientky day man walked over and stopped the whole process. The old man told him pckets are still sowen shut and I had the original receipt. The hay guy proceeds to tel me he can return it because it's been worn. I tell him that's not company policy and go to the return policy on my phone. And read it verbatim. He refuses to return it and says the receipt says differently so I grab the receipt and read the exact same verbiage off the receipt. He still refuses and starts saying we need to leave. So we leave went down to Coralville and they accepted the return with no question just made sure that I had the same debit card. The gay guy needs to be fired. He was unprofessional and clearly has a chip on his shoulder."

"They made my entire wedding experience worse. When we had an issue with how something fit someone, they were unable to provide us with a solution and would lie and then go back on their word the next day. The managers were not helpful, unprofessional and clearly could not care less about their customers experience. I promise myself that I will look for any other option when it comes to where I will look for renting a tux or buying a suit. They had no accountability and everything was my fault for how I ordered stuff, or the way that sizes were put in. Just an excuse for everything. Pathetic leadership."
