"They deleted my review but, this is an extremely toxic working environment! Joy is verbally abusive towards employees, entitled, belittles others and just down right disgusting behavior from a “manager”. Don’t recommend! Don’t even shop here not worth the headache."

"Went in the store today. All of the people working were to busy on their phones behind the counter to help anyone. I had to go up to the counter to ask for help I told her my size. Size 1. She said “ we have a size 8 you can try them on and I can order them. “ A size 8. I am a 2. She didn’t offer any other options she just walked away."
"I had a great experience at this American Eagle. I had recently lost weight and needed to replace all of the shorts I owned. I haven't needed a different shorts size for years but the sales person helped me to figure out my new size and find well fitting shorts."
