"I have become a regular customer at Kohl's in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, at Northland. What is so amazing is the Customer Service. No matter what situation I present to the worker, that person solves the problem and I move on. I shop way too much because there are always different items available, and you don't see everyone wearing your outfits. I do have to say that I enjoy the lively music that is played while I shop. The store is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the workers always look nice. I am already looking at the Christmas items in my home and on my front porch that I purchased for decorations. I could not resist. Don't close. I do love your per cent off; I admit it."
"Great new service drive up. Parking spots clearly marked. So fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and wore mask. This store has so many good departments. Housewares has dishes, linens, vacuum cleaners, kitchen aid mixers, coffee makers, glasses, rugs, bedding just to list a few. The shoe department has a large selection of name brands. They have a nice makeup department. My favorite department is the fitness clothing department. Kohl’s has the best rewards system because it is so easy to use. They often have nice coupons as well. The staff is few and far between. Sometimes you get stuck in a line at the register and are unfortunate to be behind slower orders and sometimes it goes more quickly. The customer service is fine- not great not terrible."
