"Giving a one because I can't give a 0 star. I had 2 pairs of boots set aside for pick up last night. Called today at 1pm and told them I'll be in this evening. They said they are up front waiting just let them know when you get there. Got there and they didn't have them any more. They had to pull one off the shelf and then didn't have the other one I needed tonight even in stock anymore. Wasted 2hrs for them to not be available. Highly disappointed."

"I bought some shoes here last week, and the mate shoe was the most uncomfortable shoe I had ever worn (and they were $70 shoes). When I had asked for the mate shoe, the employee told me I would get it at the register so I didn't get to wear the mate shoe until after I had bought it. I came back today to try to trade them for a new pair, I was told I couldn't because the shoes were already worn. While I can understand not giving a full refund because the shoes weren't in pristine condition, it's ridiculous I couldn't even get a partial discount for the shoes I wanted to trade them in for."
