"Went to the mall Wednesday. Purchased 285.00 plus in clothes. Their system was down so left the clothes and came back later in the day to pay. Created a rewards account but it didn't work at checkout. Came home with items and over charged $30.00 from the afternoon. Went today to return item that wasn't on sale and they still couldn't give me reward points. Failure on their part for customer service. Purchase from earlier attempt had the 30 off the account because both charges showed up on my credit card. The staff seemed incompetent and not knowing how to help with issues. It was our first time shopping there and not in a hurry to return"

"Love this place, great clothes and people are friendly and helpful. Living in Iowa is cold, so you need a go-to place for good jackets and layers for all the crazy weather we get, and love the fit and quality of the Eddie Bauer jackets, I have everything from heavy insulated to light rain jackets, it's great to have options. Also have had great luck with the luggage too, very durable and looks nice too. Never had any problems with clothes either."
