"**Busy store, great prices and great customer service.** We went to shop on a Saturday evening (9/19) and the store was packed. When about to pay, I noticed an older Asian couple- the woman was yelling and mistreating the cashier (who was also the manager). I’ve heard stories about Karens but never seen or been in a situation involving someone so enraged and entitled. I have no words for such a nasty behavior towards someone who is just doing her job. By the way, the cashier/ manager handled the situation very professional and calm. I applaud the patience and service of all the workers who have to deal with that type of people on a daily basis."
