We made the HUGE mistake of buying a hot tub through Leisure Zone in Coralville and have regretted that decision ever since - all they wanted to do was just sell us a spa and give us no service afterwards. Don was very sympathetic to our needing to move our spa (which we didn’t even buy from him) to a new house for a reasonable price and with total professionalism. If I could do it all over again I would have bought our tub at PSC!"

He walked us through the different options so that we could make a decision on which one would work best for us. An installation date was set and it was installed according to schedule. "After reviewing the options in Cedar Rapids, we purchased our new hot tub here and we couldn't be happier! The staff's knowledge and expertise were clear from the first time we walked into the showroom. The staff was always available for questions but not pushy. At time of purchase, we mentioned needing an electrician and they provided an excellent recommendation for us. The delivery was smooth and quick. The final step in our purchase was a visit with a technician, at our house, to teach us how to use the tub and explained tub settings and chemical usage. "Wow. I can’t rave enough about Don and his guys over at Pool and Spa Concepts. We had an extremely heavy hot tub that simply needed to be moved out of the way for a deck project and then moved back when finished. They were so willing to help, at the perfect price, and were friendly when arranging it! Even better, I ran into an issue when reconnecting the electrical (all my labels wore off and I had no clue what plugged into what!) and a quick call to Don resulted in a house call on a Sunday evening and not only did he come, he TAUGHT me how to do the wiring myself. He was so patient and kind! So fabulous and when a new tub is required, we know where we are heading! Trust them, they know what they are doing! Thank you!!!!!"
