And the people in the store tell you "oh, we're different than the website" and the people at the website tell you "oh, not our problem your item didn't get there". "Bought an Iowa State sweatshirt at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. Package came the week of Christmas and it was a Miami of Ohio quarter zip. Called and tried to get a new one sent before Christmas and after the initial call there was no correspondence back. Terrible customer service, would not recommend anyone buying from this store. If you want to have to call repeatedly to get updates on order status and refunds then go right ahead."
"They have a large selection of merchandise and apparel. It all seemed reasonably priced. There is something for every cyclone lover. Great place to get that gift for the person that is hard to buy for. Good location. Helpful staff. Will definitely be back when we need more cyclone stuff."
