"In the last year I have received 8 letters stating the monthly mortgage payment was not paid on time. The first 3 times I called the loan department and after them confirming that the payment was made on time and was not sure why I received the letter , that department acted like they could not give me more information and would not help me. I then went into the branch which was more helpful and understanding, Again the payments were received on time for the loan. I know I talked to a manager once or twice about it and the tellers on multiple occasions. My problem is not with this branch because it sounds like it is a problem higher up since they don't control the mortgage loans. I just got another letter a couple of days ago and I am not even stressed or angry about it any more because it has happened so much but it is just frustrating that something cannot be done about it."

"Guys please this bank is red light don't go to this bank this bank is fake your account not secure they let people take your money and they charge you even you want dispute to get your money they never try to help you if you looking for fake bank go there but if you looking for good bank secure your money go to another bank thanks."

"The teller in drive through does not have common sense there is two lanes open when it’s the second lanes turn she helps the first lane again saying she has to help people in first lane before helping second lane does not make any sense have no care for peoples time and poor customer service"

"My issue is not specifically what this branch but I'll tell you this has got to be one of the worst banks I've ever banked with. Make sure you read through your entire contract. They charge you a whole bunch of fees for all kinds of stuff. If you use any ATM other than theirs, not only do you pay the ATM fee at the ATM but they charge you a fee as well. Also, with your savings account, typical banks usually roll over your funds from your savings to your checking. If you have something go through that's like an overdraft here they charge you per transaction for it. This in my opinion is one of the most hungry banks out there willing to take a dollar from you for literally anything. Their customer service usually is an on par when having to call the 1-800 line? I've never been more disappointed in a bank in my life. I'm going to be closing my account here real soon. I would do it today but I'm waiting for some money to get transferred back into my account. I advise anybody that decides to bank with green state. Just don't they're not for the customer. They're for the company. Good luck!"
