"Have been banking here for over 30 years and this bank has never disappointed. Went in this week for a new account and Kassai Manwarren took excellent care of me: she gave suggestions/recommendations with no pressure, and I walked away with everything I went in for plus some. Kassai even called me later in the week to see if I had questions. Great service!"

"Where does one go to exchange money?A bank...not this one. After 3 years of exchanging money here, they now will not without opening an account lol! My bank is in Ohio where I'd like to keep it. Any suggestions?"

"I came and waited 15 minutes, but no one picked me up. No one said hello or asked me what I needed help with?"

"Not friendly. Took 1.5 hours to open an account! They charge you for transactions (even putting money IN the bank). Then 2 days later said we owed them $185 for an old account and had to pay it. Those were bank charges for inactivity for an account that we were no longer using but had not closed! Not only would I not use this branch, I would not use ANY US Bank and can't believe anyone would want to work for them either!"

"I have been banking at this location for over 7 years. Recently the customer service has gone downhill. I am now on month 2 of waiting for a new debit card to arrive. This is my third attempt. I was told by one of the bankers that it’s “not there problem”. Well. When it’s been the same banker every time and I still have failed to receive a new card it is someone’s problem. If that’s how they feel about that, that’s how they feel about the money too."
