"Called to set up an appointment and he told me I had to set it up online and that he would send me the link. Never got the link. Went to the site myself and booked an appointment for Friday. I told my bro that I was going with his barber and he said well just so you know he cancels ALOT. The next day I’m at work and get a text sayin he can’t cut my hair, he doesn’t feel good. I told him I’ll go somewhere else. He said ok. Dude doesn’t follow through with his appointments. I’ve heard similar stories from other people."
"If your not fluent in Spanish look elsewhere. I called luna to figure out if they were next door to a certain company before I took my son in for next days appointment. She answered in Spanish and I asked if she spoke any English and she hung up right away after my question. It was rude but I get it. Guess I'll look elsewhere"
"I had taken my son and nephew to Jadar in the past and with being cancelled on last minute multiple times or showing up to a locked up barbershop at my appointment time I found a replacement barber for the past few years who has recently moved out of the area so I thought I would give Jadar another chance. I got on Booksy (as requested by Jadar) scheduled an appointment for 1/18/22 at 3pm. I receive a text message from Jadar on 1/18/22 at 1259pm saying he forgot his daughter has a wrestling tournament and has to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow and when I asked to possibly get in earlier I was told it wasn’t going to happen because he had already left town. Super unprofessional and unorganized from my experience. I would never recommend to anyone."
