"Went in for my husband to get an idea on the type of bike he wanted to purchase. The guy who helped us suggested 2 bikes and said a minimum of 4 times these are the only bikes in your budget. BUT we never told him our budget and he never asked our budget. I guarantee my husband earns at least 100k more than the man assisting us. How dare you assume. We will never set foot in that store again."
"Went in as a complete novice to bikes and Jim spent 30 minutes talking to my girlfriend and I about all the information we needed. Helped us try out helmets and bikes. No high pressure sales and we didn’t end up buying anything that day and they said no problem hope you enjoyed and come back soon. Ended up buying some used bikes and brought them in for a tuneup. They checked them out, tightened them up, and lubed them up for free! Said I got a good deal on some decent bikes. Helped me choose some helmets and other accessories. Just amazing customer service, friendly and perhaps overly fair pricing. I won’t go anywhere else for future bikes, helmets, service or accessories. Thanks again to Jim and Dave who took time to show me how to use different features on the bike and maintain them."

"I went in for an inner tube on my daughters little bike. I was told that the labor for the replacement was no charge, and was done as a community service. Great service and friendly staff! A nice store that's clean and has a lot of inventory of serious bikes. Definitely worth checking out."
