"This place is good for one thing, brace fitting! Once you have your size, get as far away as possible. Make your orders elsewhere. I needed 2 braces “see the trainer” price $75/brace; from the manufacturer $21/brace (ordered on Friday received Monday). See the Trainer couldn’t tell me if my insurance would cover any of it, I had to buy 1st and gamble later. Oh by the way they like to keep your credit card on file to use when needed… any bill past 30 days goes to collections! This is how they greeted me at the door. Never give out your credit card, never give them your SS#."
"Do not buy from these people. They don't give you the chance to make your payments without calling and calling and calling even though you have sent payments. Not everyone can afford to pay in full. Sometimes you have to make payments. At least ot didn't go to collections, you're still getting your money. And the wrist brace they gave us, didn't even fit right. I had to go buy a different one."
"DO NOT BUT FROM THIS STORE. I bought an item that I’ve never tried before. The store ladies said I can try it and if it doesn’t help me then I can return it within 10 days. When I tried to return it they said that this was wrong and all I can get is a store credit. Absolutely no care at all that I’m still in pain and that the item didn’t help me. The point of the store is to help people in pain, but really all they care about is taking your money. Workers and managers were completely uncaring and rude."
"Sent bill by email and not a statement through mail. Bills were missed due to Spam. Sent a collection letter out through mail for a $7 item. All would of been avoided if they sent the bill through mail."
"Definitely ask for Jessi, she's very thorough, helpful, caring, Etc! She doesn't rush you and she answered every question that I had. Definitely an asset to this company! She even told me about their Dodge Street location that helps custom make foot levelers for people with flat feet like myself. I can't say enough about how great and nice this gal is! You won't be disappointed!"
