"We purchased a nice model for our new house from here, but our small children found out fairly quickly that they didn't bother to use the included mounting screws (so the screen fell off). After several weeks (and offering to just pick up the screws) they came out and put in 3 of 4. Even after that, we're still missing 1 and it rattles quite a bit because of it, as such I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend them."

My wife and I were looking for a very particular electric fireplace that our TV could go on and we had a budget we didn't want to go over. The customer service was great as the sales rep walked me through several different options and really looked for something that fit our needs. We ended up getting the perfect unit, within our budget, and it is great quality . After comparing their merchandise with some of the big box stores I am convinced that they have the best merchandise. Just want to reiterate I really felt like a person and not just another sale.
