"This is just a place that wants big money. I brought an old 3 wheeler in and after 660 dollars nothing has been fixed. They used silicone instead of sanding the rims and still charged me to put the tires on. It didn't work. Please go somewhere else to get your next atv instead of giving these people money. They only want to sell new machines and screw us that can't afford new."
"I recently purchased a 2012 Harley Davidson Road King with only 8000 miles from Olsen's Outdoor Power. I took the bike for a test ride. It ran well but I did notice a noise coming from the engine. I brought it to the attention of Olsen's Outdoor Power and they seemed to think this would be a minor expense to remediate(compensator sprocket)after speaking with a local mechanic. I decided to purchase the motorcycle, especially since this seemed to be a reputable dealership. I then brought it to my mechanic who discovered it was not the compensator but rather flywheel runout which requires a complete dismantle and rebuild of the engine($2000). He also discovered that the low beam headlamp was out and would need to be replaced($350). I brought it to the dealership's attention and gave them the opportunity to make it right. They stated that they still gave me a fair deal and declined to help out with the engine or the headlamp. Very disappointing. I would not recommend making a purchase from Olsen's Outdoor Power."
"My experience at Olsen's Outdoor Power was great. When I walked into the door I did not have to wait, it was fast, friendly, and all smiles. The processes was fast and hassle free. My car was ready and I was on the road before I even knew it. Ryan Hess, was the gentleman that helped me he was very helpful and pleasant . He explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend any of my family or friends to shop locally and enjoy the experience I had. Thank you all so much."
