"Riding across the U.S. from Alaska in 2019. Towing a trailer and it had bent my back dérailleur, brought it in and mechanic figured problem out in 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I guess I would consider that pretty fair since I still had a ways to go to get to Virginia Beach."
"I got stitched, I brought my bike in to get my pedals replaced - which I needed at the time. Total time was a week and almost 70 dollars for pedals where I could go to Walmart and get a new bike for the same price. My rear tire was replaced as well. 2 days later it blew out while riding and he told me it was low tire pressure. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I allowed him to replace it again. A day of use later my pedals broke while I was riding it, scraping my calf. Will not go again I’ll just replace it myself for cheaper."
