"My husband took 2 antique chairs in to be reupholstered in November for my Christmas present. We supplied the material and prepaid over $900. They said they would be done in February. A long time, I thought, but was willing to wait. I called them in March to see if they were done. They said they were just finishing up with a big project and would start on them the following week. I called today (another month later) and spoke with Kyle. He said they had been doing a lot of work for restaurants because they were closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I stayed calm, but inside I was like WTH!!! I don't know about anyone else, but I thought for 9 hunnies, I'd get some decent service. He said the chairs "should be done in two weeks...maybe sooner". Now, finding out it will only take them a couple weeks to do them, I'm wondering why they didn't get them done a LONG time ago. These chairs (my grandmother's) better be absofrickinlutely, positively, immaculate when we get finally them back. More to come "within the next two weeks". If the chairs are everything I hope they will be, I may up my stars."
