"Nice quiet 2 night stay. Only a couple other campers on the north/Bellamy side...more on Riverside. Outdoor shooting range was fun and low traffic."
"Beautiful, peaceful, and Serene. I just love this little park that I have camped at for 30 years. This year, we rented the White Tail Cabin. Unfortunately, it was the weekend when we had 100°+ weather, but we had fun anyway. We hiked down to the river and walked up it, collected Yellow Birch Bark for fire starting with a flint and steal and it was too hot to have a fire to cook over so we went to town and had dinner at Driftwood Pizza which was delish although they need more than 1 Server on Saturday evenings...I felt bad for that Gal. All in all, it was a great weekend."
"Beautifully laid out and maintained park convenient to our travel on US 20. Maybe it was empty because it is in the middle of nowhere. Or because it was a Tuesday in late August. OR because it was 100+ degrees!"
