"My husband went for a last minute beard trim and they missed a lot of hair on his cheeks above the main beard line. They shaved a path through his beard on his neck and so it was beard, bare strip, and another strip of hair. They also made his mustache uneven and left several long hairs there as well. Don't do business there."
"First of all, I tried to set up a double booking online, couldn't for whatever reason when I tried. So I called, made a double booking. Get there the day of, they only have a single booking for me. The receptionist was pretty rude about it, but we went forward with a haircut anyway. They took two people who came in after us before they took my son (though maybe they had a specific stylist in their bookings), and then did a halfassed job on him, no rinse. I won't be back. I booked for myself at a different place that was a much better experience."
