"The Hyvee plus perks reward system is a little broken but at the valley west Hyvee they understood that and allowed me to take home a pizza for free, however I went here to get my free cinnamon rolls and they even had a sign at the cinnamon rolls saying Hyvee plus perks members get it free, I thought that was a great feature to help let people know what they can get with the membership. When I got to checkout the guy there checked the item and it rang up the price to which I said, "hey isn't that supposed to be free" and he replied, "yeah but I've never seen it work" and then proceeded to charge me the regular price. After going to the valley west hyvee and having them troubleshoot and seeing that there is a possibility that costumer service works but here nope. Go somewhere else where they actually care about members. The guy that checked me out gave me a feeling that he would work great at a concentration camp"
"Huge selection! If you can't find what you're looking for just ask. They will order what you want and the prices are reasonable"
"Huge selection of all types of alcohol. My favorite part is the section of singles of cans and bottles of beer. Create your own six pack for 9.99. It's a great way to try a new beer without having to commit to buy a 6 pack. You can also buy singles from the same selection for 1.99."
