"I have been there a few years ago. They did a good job on my hair, but were sort of snobby, and not very friendly. I recently called them after their shop opened back up. I asked if I can please make an appointment. The woman on the phone asked me who my stylist is. I said, it has been a few years, and I don't remember. She then told me, "if you can't remember your stylist, you can't get your haircut here." Right now, they are only open for regular customers. I understand it has been tough since the COVID-19 outbreak, but she didn't have to be so rude about it."
