"I initially went over and wanted a consultation. They scheduled me for a cut. I didn't just want a cut because I wanted a consultation on some ideas. I went for the cut and she initially said she would give me a conditioning treatment for 20 minutes. I only got ten minutes. I did not even get a style with that. It cost me $80 Plus tip. I'm not complaining about the service I'm complaining about the lack of service for the amount I got charged for full service. When I called to talk to the owner the next day a message was taken and she never even called me back."
