"would probably never come here again. an EMPLOYEE grabs my braids without permission to look at them because they intrigued her. i was so taken aback. i usually never have problems with this location, but whoever the white lady with the purple hair is, she made me never want to come back. how entitled do you have to be to touch another woman’s hair? ESPECIALLY a black woman’s BRAIDS? learn to keep your hands to yourself! absolutely so disrespectful and disgusting."

"Worst experience ever. The gals there are not helpful at all. I was greeted by a gal that kept her head down looking at her iPad. The other gal never said a word till I was headed to the register. I told them this was the worst Sally's I'd been to, they didn't say a word. When I explained why I was disappointed, the gal at the register agreed with me! She thought I wasn't talking about her and the other gal, I had to explain myself. Incompetent people! And the hell of it is...they were old enough to know how decent retail stores should behave! I will not return, that was a horrible experience. I have no idea how that store stays open."

"I usually go here for all my hair items but I won’t be. Not only did they charge me twice for a one time purchase but when I called to get it refunded they called me a liar and then said if it still says on my bank statement I was charged twice in a week to come in with my receipt and then “maybe” they could do something for me. Absolutely ridiculous. I never did get my second payment of almost $55 back!"

"I knew what I needed so I gave 2 stars bc items were in stock. The employee greeted me by complaining that she wanted to close up and go next door to taco bell. Explained that she had ordered food and wanted to take her lunch break. Did the same to the next couple who walked in. I felt so uncomfortable! Apparently she doesn't like working Sundays bc it's one employee for 8hrs. As if I needed to know all that. She was absolutely old enough to know how to be professional. At least 50."
