"I had been going to Pinky’s for a while now. I’m not sure if they have gotten a new staff, or what happened. One of the workers there named Sue was very disrespectful, rude, arrogant, and was talking about people and made it very obvious who she was talking about. She had no respect for customs, terrible customer service. I asked for a manicure and she started trimming my nails and wanted to start painting them right away. When i told her that isn’t what i wanted that i wanted a manicure she told me that’s $5 more, which i don’t mind paying. She then started having attitude and making it obvious she was talking about me and left."
"My pedicure technician, Mimi, was great. However, so name Sue, the short girl, was very rude and was talking about people and made it so obvious. She was very disrespectful. I would recommend asking for Mimi, in case you decide to go but as for me, i won't be going back."
"They were rude, I left with new full set of nails looking like they needed filled, and when I went to pay for half of my $107 with a giftcard she was rude about it. It's been a week and they look overdue for a fill and 1 is almost all the way lifted off. I will NOT be going back. That's a lot of money for this poor of service and product."
"I was treated to a manicure by a friend and thought the salon was very clean, and the manicurist was very clean and followed hygiene procedure. I loved the way my nails looked, and the polish lasted perfectly for over a week of my abuse. The only criticism I have is that the staff could have been more friendly and talkative. Otherwise, I enjoyed my treat and will be going back on my own."
