"I went in to get my nails done and she messed up. I asked her to fix it and she demanded she cut the nails off and refund me. When she did, she cut them so deep she cut me and made me bleed. When I said something she said "Yeah I cut you. I was angry." That gives her no right to sabotage my nails and hurt me. I will never go here again. You shouldn't either."

"THIRD TIME re-POSTING same complaint in 7 days—keeps disappearing off their website. Paid $35+ for French tip shellac manicure. Only one coat of white polish that lasted 4 days before it started chipping. I called and they said one coat was standard and their shellac only lasts about a week…won’t be going back."

He also didn't ask at the end if I liked them. He took a facetime call while doing my nails. I will not be going back"

The nail tech who did them adjusted the length perfectly, let me pick between three different Pearl nail polish options to make sure I got the perfect color for my wedding, and was very patient and friendly the entire time."
