"Shopping was a great experience until I went to checkout. Her name was Alexis and was very off putting when checking me out. She was rude when I accidentally read a sign wrong and made a comment about having to put something back. My mistake for reading the sign wrong, but being rude the whole rest of the transaction was uncalled for. My sister was checking out next to me /and even asked why she was in such a bad mood / what had happened."

"I gave 1 star because I have to. I switched from sephora to ulta recently. Big mistake! I've spent about $600 in the last few weeks. I placed an order recently for delivery. Once I placed it I seen they canceled the items that weren't available for delivery instead of shipping them. I needed those items. I tried chatting but couldn't get a live person. It recommended text, so I opted for that. I got one text to initiate then no response. I called and sat on hold for 45 minutes to be told I should cancel the entire order and get reimbursed, so I did. I used a gift card that I had purchased .was told their "special " department would re load the $200 gift card within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I still don't have it. The customer service from Ulta is awful. Ulta STOLE money from me and did nothing to make it right. **update** An agent from Ulta text me back from my most recent text 2 days ago. They apologized for the delay and asked for my name etc. I've been waiting an hour and no further response. I guess the service still sucks."

"If I could give this place a negative zero i would, this is a balayage their manager said, it’s not Even close. I went to 3 different Hair salon and they all said this is not a balayage, my skin was irritated from the bleach Or idk what the heck was happening to my neck. Instead of telling me I need to come back a few time. She told me I could come back one more time IF I WANT TOO. I spend A LOT of money at their store, but they don’t know how to be nice to customers who spend a lot money at their store like me., such a disappointment they tried fix the problem after the damage is done. don’t be rude in the first place, I’m a customers if I’m wrong then help me understand that I’m wrong, not give customers attitude. I walked out of their store literally crying, that is what Dislike about the store, but some of the girls that works there is really nice and very helpful, some are just want you to buy the stuff and get the heck out."
