"I arrived at salon for my appt., bringing along my 9 yr old son and his service dog. Was approached by a lady who seemed to be in charge. She told me the dog is not allowed, and pointed at No Pets sign on the window. I told her it's not a pet, it's a service animal and it is illegal for her to refuse the dog. She stated she had an incident in the salon with a customer's service dog, so she allows no animals because of this. I handed her the a card from the ADA, which lists the rules, but she wouldn't take it from me so I put it on the counter. I told her I would be calling the ADA. She told me she had previously spoken to "a lady from ADA" and was tod yes, she is allowed to refuse any customer. I told her I'm sure the ADA would not have told her she could refuse a customer because of a service animal. I told her she can get into trouble for her actions. She reluctantly allowed my son to sit on the couch by the door and directed me to a pedicure station. I shouldn't even have stayed and given them my business, but I had been waiting days for this appointment and wanted my pedicure. My son's dog simply laid at his feet the entire time, as he is trained (by professionals) to do. At the end of my especially speedy pedicure, (the lady doing my service seemed rushed and did not talk to me other than asking me to choose a color), I went to the counter to pay. I was charged $55, even though the sign posted in the salon said the basic pedi was $25. I did get shellac polish, which there is an additional charge for, but that should not have added another $30 ! I will never go to this salon again and will file a complaint with the ADA!!"

"Favorite nail salon ever! I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and even brought my bridal party and they accommodated very nicely! When I came in for my bridal nails the owner had exactly what I needed for my wedding and was so so excited to do them! It definitely took some stress off for that busy day! The ladies are so welcoming and so fun! Their pedicures are amazing! Especially their sugar spa pedicure! The salon is always so clean and feels so inviting! I’ve never have had any issues with their dip either, that stuff is strong!! Definitely would recommend to everyone!"

"The lady was very rude through out my entire appointment. She wouldn't let me do the length or design I wanted. And she cut my friend with the drill. Waste of $70 honestly. I do not recommend. She also was dissing all the other nail salons in town then asked me to leave a good review... that's simply not how that works."

"I went here with my mom and came in for 2 basic pedicures. We had an appointment and It still took 45 minutes just to cut my toenails and cuticles. They didn’t even start on my moms. The girl doing my pedicure seemed much too young and unlicensed, as it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and cut me multiple times along the cuticle line to the point where I was bleeding and now have scabs. She was very un-attentive, didn’t pay attention to my nails, and honestly looked like she was in high school. After that and not even starting on my mom, we decided to leave and still had to pay for the services after my mom only soaking and me only getting nails cut. We were very unsatisfied and will not be returning here again."
