"Went to Tuddys for the first Friday of March Madness. Food is just okay but way overpriced. Atmosphere is good. Solid sports bar situation. But the kicker was when we went to pay. I had been there since 11 AM. Settle up with our first waitress around 3/4 pm. New waitor started and at the end of the night tried to say that someone who left earlier didn’t pay their tab. Checked with every person who was there. They all paid and had receipts. So the staff didn’t keep things straight or assumed we were too intoxicated to care about getting double charged. We paid the tabs to not cause a scene but am writing this review and won’t be back to trash heap Tuddys any time soon."

"Zero complaints about food and service. My wife had the Nashville shrimp Po-boy which she really enjoyed and I had the Pastrami sandwich and it was delicious. Our daughter got the kid’s Mac and cheese. It was real Mac and cheese (not Kraft like other restaurants do these days) and was tasty. Portions were perfect; nobody left hungry or carrying out half their meal in a box. Zero complaints about our waitress. Never waited for anything and she was very courteous. The establishment left a little to be desired. The overhead doors in the wall behind our booth must be great to open up during warm weather, but it was cold outside and the drafts blowing through had us wearing our coats while we ate. Also, menus were dirty and sticky. Always wonder how well everything else is cleaned if the menus can’t get a quick wipe after each customer handles them."

"I know there is a stigma with this place and it's predecessor. I went in giving it an open kind. Upon entry I was promptly greeted by two young lovely ladies. I requested a short table, which they don't have. It is all high top tables and both and as a large man neither is comfortable. They need to sell half the tables and get short tables and chairs. I was seated at a very uncomfortable booth/table hybrid. Our waitress was Emily and she was phenomenal, service was top-notch. If I owned a restaurant I would have hired her on the spot. Friendly, knew the menu and when my wife asked if they had any Special Christmas Cocktail list she immediately pulled out a handwritten ticket with a list of drinks for the season. I ordered the fried pickles as I waited for my better half to join me. They were good but a little pricey for the amount of pickles you get. I ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodles Soup and Side salad and the wife ordered the Parmesan Baked Clams. The salad was good size and priced fairly but the bowl of soup was okay, it was warm and had a good flavor but pricey for what I received. My wife enjoyed her baked clams. The only issue is they were warm. She did enjoy her two martinis. The sound became an issue as they got busier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For the price and having to sit at an uncomfortable chair, I don't think I will drive across town to return here."

"I really wish something new would have gone into this place but it’s pretty much the same menu as the Grumpy Goat. The burger I ordered was supposed to be on Texas toast but it was just “toast”. There was so much grease that the bottom piece of toast was soggy. The fries tasted like fish and old cooking oil. It’s time for something new."
