"They would put holds on my account all of the time then get mad when you get upset and call them out for it. The customer service department is rude. They are closing my account without my approval or knowledge. They have illegal foreclosed on a friends house and already been sued for it, they clearly haven’t learned a lesson. They think they can do what ever they want it’s sad they don’t think they have to follow legal rules :( I have advised the many people I know not to bank with them and advised ok what they have done to a friend and I. They screw people over and they just don’t care. They put a hold on my paycheck deposit making my family suffer. The WORST bank I have ever been to."

"This place just went downhill, the professionalism is no longer there, the tellers and bankers call you hun and want to know your personal business the atmosphere has definitely changed. Will avoid as much as possible in the future. What a shame."
