"Financial Plus CU has always been excellent to deal with! I started using them for a car loan 15 years ago and since have done 5 car loans a person loan and have a credit card with them. Their personal service over the years has been amazing even when I moved out of state! They know my name every time I email them they are quick with a response and always have an answer! "I've been with FPCU since my piggy bank started to overflow and my experience has been nothing but great! The staff is always super helpful with any questions or concerns I may have and if you're looking for a loan officer, I have the best one! Her name is Bridgett and I've now had two auto loans through her. She's all about getting the best deal and helping out in any way she can. Recently, I moved to Texas and bought a car and financed it through the dealership not knowing my loan had a horrible interest rate. I called Bridgett and she helped me refinance my auto loan through a very simple process all from about 11 hours away!
