"I am a parent co-signer. ISL gave us a FANTASTIC rate - and I wish I could offer a 5-star review. However, Aspire, who is servicing the loan, does not allow use of their mobile app for co-signers - even though this loan is designed for a parent to assist with payments. In 2023, this is absolutely inexcusable, and it impedes my monthly bill-paying workflow."

"This was a terrible experience. I have applied for student loan refinancing in the past. This loan company wasted my time, asking for documents and then changing the requirements after each submission of requested documents. This was by far my worst experience with a student loan company. They have very poor customer service. Hope my experience was the exception, not the rule for them."
