"They don't have soap and they tell you to use shampoo. I asked for a late check out time since I'm checking in late and the woman said I could stay until 2:00 p.m. but then they try walking in on me at 12:15 in the afternoon without knocking and then I guess like the manager came back and was like aggressively telling me like the latest I could to stay was 1:00 p.m. a very unprofessional and I will not be back. Not all the outlets work and the phone doesn't work because when the first person tried like getting in without even knocking I tried calling the front desk but I couldn't even use a phone. Just very poor quality and very poor customer service"
"Great weekend experience! Our host was kind and welcoming. The hotel includes a swanky pool and a nice workout room. There are many areas to hang out, and a board for work conferences. Rooms were nice overall, with two beds and a pullout couch. There was a bathroom with a toilet and bath/shower, and an outside sink. Breakfast was very enjoyable! Good stay!"
"My 2nd time staying here. Im paying $5 more per night than last time but my room is awful. Last time I was given a 3rd floor room overlooking the parking lot like I requested. This time, a 2nd floor room that has a view of nasty roof vents and a stucco wall. The bathroom wasn't clean. The pillows are basically nothing but air. The room is next to the open balcony overlooking the lobby so everytime someone comes in it is easily heard. There is minimal water pressure in the shower. The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked and in pieces which I pinched the bottom of my foot on the first night. The volume control on the tv remote doesnt work so I can't turn the volume down. The mini fridge is so lound and vibrates so much it is amplified when I try to sleep on my side because the vibration comes up through the bed. And now I have to listen to the stompers that are directly upstairs from me at 10pm, as they just arrived. Mind you, there's dozens of empty rooms so its not like shes putting people in the last available rooms. Apparently, I'm being penalized for using a 3rd party app instead of booking through them with their ridiculously overpriced rates (which she commented about at check in). The managers/workers who were here last time were much more accommodating. I won't make the mistake of staying here a third time. I wanted to leave after the first night but I wouldn't be refunded the rest of the stay so I'm stuck with another 2 nights of no sleep and no rest."
"First thing I want to mention for6+ years of travel ball we stayed at so many hotels of different level. This I would never book again. Front desk not here nor there, I can’t make any judgements but we all were looking at each other during checkout. Our friends came after us during checkout and that was the conversation: -hello, we have a reservation, - no you don’t - what do you mean? Do you need my confirmation? - come look yourself on my computer - ok, here is my name… One bed was used, all hair over it, my husband said don’t t bother, all rooms probably the same. No trash can Cleaning towel left on the floor. Hair everywhere The mattress had a visible 3 inch dip On top of all our key card didn’t work properly"
"A decent room for the price, but not somewhere I would stay again. The first thing that turned me off was having to pay for breakfast when booking the room. Perhaps this was because it's a slow time? I don't know, but that was a little odd to me. The staff at check-in was friendly and fun. The room was not the best, unfortunately. We should've requested a room change but we didn't. We were only staying 2 nights and it wasn't worth the hassle, imo. There was plastic from one of the cups underneath the desk and a piece of chewed gum on the floor beneath the bedside table. Gross! The bathroom/entryway tile also felt dirty. It looked clean, but there was a film or something over it that was very slick. If you stood still (whether in shoes or bare feet), your feet would slowly slide away from their original spot. The location was decent - it was quiet and relatively close to what we were in town for. I doubt we would return to this location if ever in the area again."
