"So, I had a rocky start there because we had to move rooms due to the shower not properly working, but the woman at the front desk named Jamie was the most loving, caring woman ever. I immediately felt a strong connection with her and the whole week I stayed here, she was beyond helpful. There was a woman that was there named Kristina and she was loud, obnoxious, and very rude. She is not employed with them any longer thankfully."

"The best hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure! The front desk people were super friendly and breakfast is awesome!! The staff deserves raises!!!"

"This is a terrible hotel! They make good money waiting until people leave then hitting there card with ridiculous amount of incidental fees. I rented a room for a family reunion many people came from all over and booked here. At least 6 rooms of my cousins were accused of smoking in there rooms when in fact they are not smokers. The place stunk anyway. There were many kids going room to room visiting family members and yet we’re accused of having more people in the room then allowed and billed credit cards for extra rooms calling it (recovering lost revenue) citing they would have had to rent 2 rooms for that amount of people so billed you anyway because they already had your card. Not only that but they claimed there was a stain on the bed of something red, so charged 150$ for sheets which is not a billable incidental. Claimed the room was trashed because we cleaned up yet left the towels in the bathroom in a pile, the trash bag that contained the trash we picked up and I stripped the sheets for housekeeping left them in a pile on floor, and left a tip.. an a pair of socks was left behind accidentally. Then another 150$ for clean up…. I wish I had looked at the reviews first, clearly they steal from all there guest after they check out… yet penny wise the thieving meth smoker manager (we saw it with own eyes ) gets to pick an choose who she can steal from an calls them incidentals… The owner is even worse Amish Patel , feels intitled to your money if the housekeepers have to clean anything past remaking dirty beds he believes his racist manager penny wise even after she said there were too many black peoples in the hotel anyway.. they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will never stay here again and my family won’t either. There is no hospitality from owner or workers, the hotel is not always right yet he will speak to you like he witnessed stuff himself."

"The room on the smaller side, but was clean and bed was comfortable. The ladies that we conversed with at check in/out were very friendly. We had a corner room which was nice, but I did hear a bit of highway noise early in the morning. Breakfast was underwhelming: coffee/tea, waffles, cereal, toast and yogurt. For a clean, friendly place to lay my head for a night I'd go back."
