"NEVER AGAIN! Second time staying here to visit family. I booked & paid through Priceline. This hotel charged be AGAIN for the stay. I called to complain & they said manager was not there & would return and take care of it. That was a week ago. Checked my account and now I have yet ANOTHER charge pending!! SO they have charged me 2 more times after I already paid through priceline!!! I will not stay here ever again, and hopefully I can get this straightened out. NEVER AGAIN."
"They took an extreme amount of money from my account after they told me there were no hidden fees or cancelation fees. Don’t trust this hotel unless you wanna waste time and a lot of money. I tried to talk to the man to get my money back but he told me it’s my fault because it’s on the website (which it wasn’t AND I made sure to ask him before giving card information) DONT GET SCAMMED!!!"
"Stayed here last Friday. Our room was dirty and the furniture was in complete disrepair. Hotel staff were pleasant. The ongoing renovation work on the 2nd floor did not bother us. However, our stay was not comfortable at all due to filth and broken furniture. In its present condition, this is a one star type hotel at best. We skipped the breakfast as we just wanted to get out."
"I am currently staying here for 3 nights. We checked in yesterday. We still have two more nights to go and we are regretting it. They are remodeling which is awesome as it's looking very nice. The issue is it's a Sunday. My grandparents are with me and exhausted from a funeral. And they are in the next room drilling and pounding on things. It's very frustrating as we just want to relax and unable to. At times we can't even hear each other talk."
"Very Rude Staff. Told grand daughter she had to settle down with in the 1st 5 min. TV did not work in our room. Floor was sticky. Pool closes at 10 pm, was 6 minutes til closing and the staff member turn the light off on our grandbabies still in the pool as well as the other guest's kids. Breakfast was disgusting. Will not be back."
