"This pharmacy has done nothing but continue a downward spiral ever since Katie left. We have lived in the neighborhood and been loyal customers for over 14 years. This new young male pharmacist couldn't operate a successful, busy business if his life depended on it. As short as a long story can be, I went to pick up Rx an hour after the doctor had sent it over, the girl at register said they just got it and would be 10 mins, ok no problem and I saw a car pull up behind me so I said I would pull around so they could help the next car, pull around and they help next car and I pull up again and wait an additional 10mins at this point, all the while watching the crew of 6 ppl behind the counter filling at least a total of 20 pill bottles for absolutely no one that is in the store waiting instead of filling my Rx while I wait on the property, the pharmacist came over and asked my name, so obviously clueless to the fact I have been waiting for them to fill my Rx, and then he asked me to pull around again because other cars were waiting, I informed him the girl told me 10mins 15mins ago, he just said they're still working on it, at this point has been 2 hours since the doctor sent the Rx and they're still working on it?!?! Maybe try helping customers actually on your property waiting for service rather than filling Rx for ppl that aren't even onsite waiting!!! And all you chit chatting and messing around just makes customers waiting think you're even more clueless and careless towards your customers than the rest of the obvious BS!"

"This location is without a doubt the most professional, prompt, and polite pharmacy I've ever been to. I've dealt with what seems like every employee, and they are fast. Most of all depending on what class medication they never show any sort of judgment which is a stigma with most pharmacy's. Completely professional."

Since then, I’ve had further conversations with Nevan, who explained he fully supports and is educated about the LGBTQ+ community. The service is very personal here. "I switched from a very large pharmacy to this pharmacy about 7 years ago and I haven't looked back! When I called, the pharmacist handled everything and I didn't even have to tell my previous pharmacy I was leaving they handled everything for my entire family! Since then we have received nothing but the best advice and care. When I walk in, I am greeted by name and am not treated like a number. I feel like I am visiting family! Anytime I call with a question the staff are always very knowledgeable and quick to answer. We are always in and out when we come to pick up prescriptions as well. It has never been more than a 10 minute wait when I walk in with a paper prescription! THIS IS, BY FAR, THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Make the switch now! You won't regret it!"
