"Up until recently I loved this pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy for the past 10 years. Ever since it "changed hands" it has been terrible. Just this week for instance I was to stop to pick up a shot (that had been ordered 2 weeks prior) to take to my doctors office for injection and they did not even have the shot there that I could get it the next day, so I had to reschedule the injection. My doctors office had sent over an order for a medication that same day, when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have the order yet, so I agreed to just pick everything up the next day. Call the next day to make sure my prescriptions were ready to and they informed me that they didn't have the prescription (ordered previous day)and that they had just gotten the order that day. When I went in to get my injection I asked the nurse when the order was sent and she showed me it had in fact been sent the day before. So I now have to go back for a 3rd day in a row to hopefully get my prescription, I do not live in the same town so I don't appreciate having to drive back there 3 days in a row. Completely ridiculous!"
