"Me and my lady ate there yesterday and our order took 40 minutes for a pasta with chicken and soup and fries so we decided to cancel our order. I talked to the manager about it he had an attitude because we canceled and I told him service shouldn't take this long and he talked back to us all smart and threw our debit card back at us and told us to never come back. Very unprofessional off the manager he need to be fired . DO NOT EAT AT THE MILLSCIVIC APPLEBEE'S. HORRIBLE SERVICE."

"I liked the veggies, the steak was alright but for the 2 for $30 includes appetizer, really not a terrible deal. My server was MIA, but friendly when we he was in our presence. Idk...I feel like I'll cook some steak at home and try their Chicken next time."

"We just dined in this afternoon around 2, our server was Tayler. The service was terrible. We had a 2 for 25, 2 kids meals, a side salad, and an order of soup. Our server visited the table to get our drink order after probably 10 minuets of being seated. The manager actually came over to the table shortly after to see if she had been to the table yet. She came to drop off drinks and take our order, then again to drop off food, and then didn't return to the table until we stopped her to ask for our checks. My son had spilled his drink and we had 3 napkins for the 5 of us. I actually got up and got a few napkins from the server station myself as it had been 15 minutes since the drink spilled and the server hadn't even walked past our table. She was not apologetic and actually quite rude when we asked her to bring us some to go bowls with our boxes. All around, this was a terrible experience. I've eaten at this applebess countless times, I used to work here, and never have I had such terrible service in this establishment. The food was good, typical and what you can expect from applebees, but the service was downright terrible."

"Taylor was our server and she was so attentive and sweet our entire time there! She checked in with us multiple times and was the highlight of our experience. The atmosphere was great too. It was calm despite being dinner time and all the employees were smiling and very friendly! Usually, if we go to restaurants it’s an in and out experience but we stayed a while and genuinely enjoyed our time at Applebees, it was what “going out to dinner” should always be like! Will definitely be back. :)"

"It has been years since I've eaten at an Applebee's & I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I got their chicken & shrimp with a mozzarella sticks appetizer & it was all fantastic! One of the better grilled chicken dishes I've had in a while to be honest. With it being October they also had a $5 drink special called Dracula's blood & it also was really good! The only negative was we arrived & were told it would be a 25 minute wait & it ended up being over a 45 minute wait at 8 o'clock on a Friday night. It was almost 9pm by the time we were actually seated & waited on."
