"Great place for food anytime during the day. I only gave it that since I tried to place an online order for 5 people at 6pm and it wouldn't let me pick it up that same night and they don't have the thumbprint cookies, which I love!!"
"The service and quality of the food is very inconsistent. I have eaten at this location a few times, but there are far more poor experiences than good. The staff is generally rude and seem irritated that you are even bothering them with your order. Whatever dish you order will likely be missing ingredients or prepared sloppily. I won't be back after trying to give this location multiple chances."
"We got to Panera and started a line at the cash register. We stood there for five minutes awaiting service. A lady in line behind us proceeded to approach a worker who seemed to be slacking. The worker eventually made way to the cash register and took our order. We ordered a bagel and she asked if we wanted it warmed and we took her up on the offer. She sliced the bagel and did not come in contact with the warmer. We were left with a cold, hard bagel as well as liquid film overtop of the cream cheese. Because of this ordeal, eight dollars and thirty seven cents have been flushed down the drain and we are now late to Samuri Hibachi."
