Casey's

"It was pretty busy when I went, about 10 am. Got gas, used the bathroom, snagged a breakfast slice and coffee. Bathrooms were clean, coffee was hot and available, slice had been there a bit, but it was 10 am and I was happy to get the last bacon slice. Still tasty. Cashier was friendly and we shared a laugh, Everyone seemed happy/content when they were leaving the store."

"I used to prefer Casey's, but I pick and choose them carefully now, and when another option exists, I skip the Casey's stores. This one is an example of why. There are times when you're in a hurry and you don't have time. While I usually find myself willing and able to buy a big tank of fuel, pop into the store for a slice and a fountain drink, all of which they make plenty of money, I sometimes need to pay at the pump and keep moving. But, not at this store. They refuse to print your receipt at the pump. So, in the cold or rain or whatever, you have to go into the store, wait in line, listen to the staff complaining, and eventually ask for a receipt to be printed. It's as much a hassle for the staff as it is for the customer. But that isn't what this is about for Casey's. No. It isn't enough to make the money on the gas. They want you to come in the store to buy things. While I completely understand that business preference, it isn't customer focused. So, all I'm left with is deciding what to do with the fact they deny you a receipt at the physical point of purchase. And I'm choosing to go elsewhere. Kwik Star, Kum & Go and others are popping up all over and they don't do this. Goodbye Casey's. And just so you know, when the customer finds comfort elsewhere they don't return to Casey's despite your thoughts that we will."

"We spend about 500.00 monthly on food/gas.I wish just once I could actually get what I ask for or order. If the kitchen can't make a fresh Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap, why do they advertise them? This happens all the time. If it's not in the cooler they won't make it. I'm done!! Hello Kwik Star!!"

"They are NOT busy at all. & the kitchen (Cristina I think? It’s a girl.) Takes 45 minutes each time, to make our order.(this has happened about 3-4 times now! Every single time) She even once watched my toddler keep saying, “mommmm I’m hungry, is it ready” & she kept loading up & Cooking things for a warmer instead of a child!! The “small” Casey’s in town, LITERALLY has tickets up, & can always guarantee Our order with in 20 minutes. (I physically drove to the Casey’s, & that’s how I knew one had tickets & one didn’t) & THATS why I started our out our order at the Grant St. location! She has failed us once again."
