"Ok first off this is an isolated incident. I actually love Arby's but they have been going straight down hill lately. This time, for example, they made me wait at the window for almost 6 minutes then finally came back to the window but without my food and to tell me it's going to take a bit and asked to pull up. I was in a hurry. Why wouldn't they tell me it was going to take awhile immediately? I could've canceled and been on my way. The fact they finally told me after 6 minutes left me stuck. So asked for a refund (which also took about 5 minutes. The sandwich was prolly done by then). So now I didn't have time to run somewhere else nor wait for Arby's. They starved me for the day.."
"Some of the better fast food, but it's still fast food. Double fry the fries for extra crispyness, and don't crush the buns when putting the sandwich together. The taste is better than most fast food."
"Nightmanager was very rude, unprofessional. She said it wasn't her fault that the Philly steak sandwich didn't have any vegetables on it, they were out of the vegetables for the sandwich, I asked why did you sell me one then, And she acted like it was no big deal. Will never visit this location again, management needs to take responsibility for mistakes!"
"Visibly dirty. Unhappy staff. Arby’s sauce needed refilling. When I asked for packets, it was definitely an irritation and inconvenience. I felt sorry for the people working because they were clearly not happy to be there."
