"My husband and I tried to order from the app but it wouldn't take our coupon code for buy 1 footlong, get 1 free. So we drove to the restaurant and ordered inside, to-go. The manager was very nice and helpful. She told us she would accept our coupon even though it was supposed to be good for in -app orders only. Our sandwiches were made quickly, and they were excellent. Love the footlong chocolate chip cookie and churro!! They are out of this world!!!"
"Wish I could give zero stars. Placed an order online for 2 sandwiches for pickup. Got home and they made one of the sandwiches twice. Called for a refund and they said we would have to drive 30 min round trip IN A SNOWSTORM to either get a refund or the sandwich remade. Should have either been instantly offered a refund or offered to remade PLUS give the refund."
